This newly renovated dwelling house, the work of Hudson River Housing, Inc., will now be the domicile of iv female veterans. Hudson River Housing is a nonprofit based in Poughkeepsie, just it serves all of Dutchess County and other areas of the Hudson Valley. Information technology is primarily a housing organization and has been around 30+ years. They provide affordable housing, housing education, and supporting services to individuals and families and work to revitalize neighborhoods. Services range from providing emergency shelters, apartments, helping first fourth dimension homeowners with financial advice, and several community initiatives working with entire neighborhoods to improve quality of life. Part of their agency undertakes real-manor redevelopment. In addition to working with households all over the county to build housing units and revitalize neighborhoods, part of its agency provides supportive services for veteran's families, such as case direction, support, and financial aid.
Assemblymember Barrett stands with wedlock leaders, elected officials, IBM workers and coalition groups to oppose large corporations who utilize revenue enhancement-subsidies and then lay-off workers.
